Personal Statement
I am Ian White and I want to continue swimming competitively when I go to college. I am swimming competitively for my team Aulea in Kailua, Hawaii and for my high school, the Le Jardin Academy. I started swimming when I was very young and competitively when I was 11 years old. My goal is to be able to go to college, finish a degree and continue swimming at the same time. I love to swim because it gives me a great workout and makes me feel healthy and strong. Swimming is a very hard and time consuming sport with all the practices, but when I do well at a meet, I feel very accomplished!
Aside from swimming, I play water polo. I am a left handed and play competetively.
I am open to apply to various colleges in the mainland.
