Personal Statement
I am currently a junior at Mountain View High School in Meridian Idaho. I have been swimming with a summer rec. league for the past nine years, and have swam for a high school team all four years so far (I transferred schools my sophomore year). I joined a year round swim team a year ago and have continually competed with them. I also enjoy singing in the school's choirs, participating in my scout troop, and spending time with my friends and family. I intend on attending college in the fall of 2016 after serving a 2 year church mission. I prefer short distance sprint races, seeing as my asthma makes it difficult to do longer distance races.
