Personal Statement
I come from a small town that is a suburb of Chicago and I have always felt out of placed until the summer before freshman year. One day my brother decided to sign me up for my local swim club and I have loved it ever since. It has been almost two years since that day and still everyday I arrive at the pool I never forget that feeling of when I started. I am a dedicated hard working athlete and plan on continuing my improvement until the very end. I know that it takes hard-work to achieve higher levels of swimming and I am willing to sacrifice my time and effort for my dream to swim for a college team.
