Patrick Bishop '20 Recruiting Profile

I plan on going to college for Civil Engineering and Business, I have been swimming since I was in 6th Grade and love it. Every-time stepping up onto the blocks an adrenaline rush overtakes me and all I can do is focus on my swim and beating the person next to me. If there is one thing that you should know about how I swim it is that I swim to win. I hate losing. Every-time I dive into the pool I want to beat everyone else in that pool regardless of whether they are better than me. Sometimes that can cause me however to burn myself out early in the race and not have enough energy to come back and stick with it throughout. I am a good candidate for your team because I know how to be a leader, I am the Captain of my high school and club teams as a Junior and I am also my club team's National Team representative. I work hard each and every day to try to be better in and out of the pool and plan on weighing my options when it comes to college athletics.
