Nicholas Foreman '24 Recruiting Profile

My name is Nicholas and I am someone who is willing to put in the time and work in all aspects of my life, no matter how long it may take or how hard it may be. I always put 100% of myself into everything I do whether in swimming, the classroom, my job as a lifeguard and swim instructor, performing viola in my orchestra, and with my family and friends. 

I have been a straight-A student all of my high school career and I plan to strive for that success in college, as well. I also have completely dedicated myself to the sport of swimming to hopefully pursue it in the future. My times consistently drop and I relish the competition and personal satisfaction of seeing my progress and focusing on my training.  I was chosen as captain of my high school team starting in my sophomore year because of my work ethic, leadership qualities, and my ability to bring people together as a team. I personally recruit for my high school and club teams by inviting people to check out the teams and also using my talents in video editing and creation to make fun and inspiring recruitment videos on my YouTube channel. 

I love the overall culture of the sport of swimming and want to contribute to a collegiate team with my skill, enthusiasm, and love of teamwork. For the rest of my high school career, I intend to improve as much as possible and make myself as appealing as I can be to college programs so I can be recruited by an amazing, challenging, and team-centered program, and work to become a national champion!
