First and foremost I am looking for a great academic college / university which provides me the best opportunity to compete athletically and prepare me for the rest of my life following college.
What makes me better then any other candidates is that I am the best team member you will have. My goal is to be the leader of the team by example and not by title. Since I was in first grade, I have striven to help every member of the team or class I am in. I might not always be the best, but I’m near the top. I would rather help bring someone of possibly lesser ability with me to the top then to reach the top by my self.
My grades arguably aren’t the top 5%; however, as with my athletics, you will not have a member work harder then me. It takes me a little longer to comprehend a topic in class; however, I believe that is a positive. By the time I have an exam I have gone over the topic so much more in my head that I understand what has been taught.
Lastly, I grew up in Michigan while my parents grew up in the south. They have taught me my southern charm and manners. You will not have a student with better manners then me. I’m shy but when you get to know me if truly comes out.
Thank you for any opportunity I can earn.
