Tarun Kumaran '22 Recruiting Profile

My Parents have come from very humble background, and i have heard lot of their life experiences as a child and when they got married and built their life, it was full of struggles and challenges. Well they took the life positively and saw opportunity in every one of those challenges. Why i say this before i talk about myself is that, i have everything which they didn't have, and i am not only grateful, i feel i am lucky to have these life lessons with me. Which is "The positive Attitude" "All will be good" "Everyday is a new day"... i can go on. with the Life lessons i plan on building a good career and make a difference with the people i interact with and lastly give back what i got from every opportunity, give back to the next ones coming after me, give back to the community which has helped me come up, give back to my family which is helping me. Give back to my parents who didn't have many things, but made sure i have everything to be happy and succeed. 

I realize competition is within and not outside, if i can concur my mind and focus that i am part of a larger purpose and put my team in front of my goals, i think i would have done my job. That is what i want to develop and contribute.

I am a teenager, i realize and realize everyday that i am going through lot of changes and some days i mess up. One thing i am being careful is not to mess up the trust and love others have for and on me. So character is very important and i strive not to go wrong on that.

I learn, work hard and want to be a team player, and i want to be part of a good team and organization where my strengths can be multiplied.
