Jonathan Tacey '23 Recruiting Profile

I believe I am a great fit for any college team. I am hard working, dedicated, team player, and a great motivator both in the water and out. Swimming has changed my life and is what I am passionate about.   I started swimming at a young age because I was struggling to focus in school. My parents read that swimming before school helped others and started taking me to the local YMCA.  I give credit to my success both in school, and out of school to the sport of swimming and to my parents and coaches. 

The other passion that I have is helping others. I started my own lawn care business when I was ten years old because I wanted to help the elderly and the disabled. I still maintain that business today. I have always had a helping heart and determination to make my community a better place. I do not see this changing in me as I move through my college years, or business years.  

I am a good fit for any college because I bring passion, heart, dedication, team work,  leadership, and hard work with me.
