2020 Highlights Personal Statement
My name is Jack Thomas, I live in Sartell Minnesota and swim for my high school and club team. It is my senior year this season and I plan to specialize in the 200 and 500 freestyles as well as compete on the free relays. I have been swimming for 4 years. I competed one year in Kansas and then moved to Minnesota my sophomore year in high school and have loved swimming and school ever since I moved here. I am not a captain this season, but think of myself as a leader to the younger kids on the team, striving to be a good role model in and out of the pool for them. My post high school goal is to earn a degree and swim in college. I want to study mechanical and electrical engineering in college and achieve new PR's with my college team and team mates.
