My name is Matt Xenitelis and I am from Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. As a student athlete, my goal is to receive the best possible education, while contributing to a successful swim team.
I have been competitively swimming as a member of the NJRLL summer lake league since I was 7, as a Randolph YMCA shark since I was 12, and as a Jefferson Township High School Falcon since I was 14. I have been excelling beyond everyone`s expectations throughout my swimming career. Every race I swim, no matter the setting or competition, I always give everything I have.
I earned varsity status after 3 meets my freshman year in high school, was named Jefferson Township MVP 2013-2014 season, and MVP of the Junior 3, Senior Prep, and Senior practice groups for the 3 years I’ve been swimming for RANY. I am also an assistant coach of my summer lake league team and I provide personal training for the younger swimmers. I also volunteer at my local church.
I am interested in mid-sized to large schools with excellent Education/History/Teaching programs and a strong school spirit. I believe my strong work ethic in both athletics and education and my natural born leadership abilities would be an asset for any school. For any coaches interested my NCAA ID# IS 1409854012.
