Began swimming with Northern Aquatic Club which was a USA Swimming sanctioned team at 9 years of ago. Continued with club swimming until middle school.
Began swimming on the varsity high school level as an eight grader with the Santa Fe High School Demons. Competed at state as a relay team member as an 8th grader & freshman.
Continued high school swimming as a sophomore and junior and was selected by coaches as MVP 2018-2019 (sophomore year) for Rio Rancho High School Rams Swim Team. Intends to compete in 2020-2021 season if school district hosts winter sports (contingent upon Covid-19 restrictions). Competed at high school state meet in February 2020 on two relay teams and in two individual events. National Honor Society member. Hard working, determined, committed individual who enjoys participating in honors choir, church activities and community volunteering. Has volunteered at Camp Glorieta for two summers.
