Isaiah Markel '25 Recruiting Profile

Throughout my athletic career I've always believed that being a well-versed athlete is the best thing to do for the body as it grows. In Highschool I've been a three-sport varsity athlete in Soccer, Swimming, Lacrosse, and Track. However, since I first jumped into the pool in 7th grade, I've dreamed of swimming in college, and committing to a sport that I've grown to love and become super passionate about. Going into my senior season I plan on doing club swimming and go into the school season in shape and set myself up to be as competitive as I can in college.

Alongside being an athlete, being a student and getting involved in school are just as important. I am involved in extra circular activities such as Band and Marching Band. Next year I plan on applying and hopefully become a part of NHS. Life after competing in a sport is super important to me which is where being a student is super important.
