I started swimming competitively when I was nine years old. I discovered that I enjoyed the sport after a summer in our backyard pool. My dad who was a former swimmer encouraged me to start swimming competively. That year I started swimming competitively on my first club team. Academics are very important to me and I have many goals. I would like to get my cumulative GPA over 4.0 The sport of swimming has taught me a lot about my self. It has taught me to develop a good work ethic. I posses many unique characteristics. One of these qualities is that I am very motivated to do my best and get better every day. I also am very likable. I get along with all of my teammates and coaches.
