2024 SpotlightPersonal Statement
My collegiate goals are to graduate with an Engineering degree and to continue swimming competitively for team that can utilize my skill set. I am proficient at all strokes, but I have been focusing in on the 200 Freestyle and 100 Breaststroke. I believe it is important to be adaptive to any situation and coaching style. I understand that each coach I interact with brings value to my development as an athlete. I enjoy the team aspect of swimming and value the importance of sportsmanship. My personal moto is hard work and dedication can lead to lifelong success in my personal, educational and athletic future.

- ActivitiesI am a member of student congress for my high school. I have played the saxophone for 5 years. I also serve in special friends ministry at my church. I am pair with a child that has special needs. It is my responsibility to take care of them while their parent attends church. I have participated in Joni and Friends, a week long retreat for families with special needs children. I was a paired with a special needs child for the week so the parents could participate in activates. I have participated in Habitat for Humanity builds for my community.
