John Mose '23 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. My name is John Mose, I go by Jack. I have been swimming competitively in club swimming for 8 years. In 2021, I set a new school record in the 500 Y Freestyle. In addition, I helped to lead my team to a 3rd place finish in the 6A  state swim meet.  Which was my school's highest finish ever. In 2021, I set three more school records, and two club records. These successes have fueled my desire to continue my career at the collegiate level.  This year I achieved a AAA time, qualified for 4 events for sectionals, and placed top 10 at sectionals in the 1650 M.   My strengths are 400/500 Free, 800/1000 Free, and 1500/1650.  I am spending lots of time in the weight room and pool getting ready for an even better senior season! 

Academics are equally important to me. I currently hold a 4.8 GPA and 32 ACT score, which I plan to improve.  I was academic all conference my freshman, sophomore, and junior  year. I would like to pursue a Pre-Dental or Pre-Med education. I have always been good at balancing academics and sports, and also working. I would be a strong contributer to your team because I am always ready to work.
