Eli Wall '13 Recruiting Profile

My swim career started in 2003 when I joined the GO Kingfish Swim Club in the pre-competitive program.  I quickly realized my love of the sport and joined the competitive team without hesitation, moving up through the levels quickly and swimming at the senior/high performance level starting last year. Upon finishing elementary school (JK – 8^th grade) I made the decision to go to Colonel By Secondary School, even though it is outside of our boundary and therefore means I have to travel a greater distance, as I wanted the academic challenge it is known for.  I am a hard worker in both of these important areas of my life, and I also value the social interactions that swimming and school provide. I think of myself as both a swimmer and a student, and am really hoping to find a university that can provide both the academic and athletic challenges that I am looking for in a balanced way.
