    I aspire to get the most out of my college experience while building my skills as a swimmer with a strong team. I push myself to my best work both in the classroom and the pool.  I began swimming my freshman year after a smashing waterpolo season. I became hooked to the pool and I knew I had found my niche.  I had never had much experience, but quickly gained traction on a relay traction when we took 2 relay teams to state. 

    I would be a good candidate for your team because I am dedicated, committed, and would be constructive to the team environment. I enjoy working and learning from others. From a collegiate standpoint, I want to pursue swimming as an interest but not necesssarily a lifestyle. While I recognize this is not what most coaches are looking for, swimming for a less demanding team that allows me to purse academic interests would be ideal.
