2021 HighlightsPersonal Statement
My name is Skyler Coburn. I am a Junior at The Dalles High School in Oregon and have 9 years of competitive swimming experience. I have held positions such as team captain of my swim team, executive treasurer in student council, and am a member of the National Honor Society at my school. During the pandemic, I planned many activities such as virtual team dinners, game nights, and dryland workouts as team captain and brought my team together even when we couldn't be in the pool. I have always worked very hard in and out of the classroom and pool to achieve my goal to swim in college for a competitive, family-based team.
