Personal Statement
Being a swimmer for the past nine years has been the pinnacle of my lifetime. Being an athlete is so much different, especially when you can call oneself a swimmer. Throughout these years I have continuously raised the bar for myself, pushing harder at practices, in training , dedicated myself, and always supported others. Swimming has opened my eyes to friends, coaches, and other athletes to communicate with.
Swimming is a passion that I would love to pursue in college,but I would also love to pursue an education. Education to me is number one, it comes before anything else, even if it comes in the way of training. Luckily, I am a dedicated student athlete who preforms just as good in the water as I do tests.
