Jack Dollyhigh '24 Recruiting Profile

When I was five years old, my mother introduced me to the sport of swimming. As I got through my first races, I started to enjoy being in the water and wanted to continue swimming even after the season was over. As a nine-year-old, I joined my first club team the YMCA Stingrays. Through my time I got better and better and started to enjoy the sport. I qualified for my first summer league championship meet, state meet, and eventually, my first sectional and Y-National meet. I enjoy training with my friends and being able to come to practice every day knowing that every lap helps me progress towards my swimming goals. Swimming also helps me stay disciplined, and gives me something to do and look forward to after school every day. In the future, I hope to take my swimming to the next level in college and continue to grow and see how far I can make it in the sport. When I'm not in the pool, I love playing with and learning about computers, and I want to take this knowledge even further and see what the world of technology has to offer.
