"Bez pracy nie ma kołaczy" ("without work there is no supper").  This old Polish proverb defines me and the intensive perseverance I have shown to be where I am today.  I started swimming at the age of 12 and from there on I have been striving to just catch that next kid or that next second to become better, and today I still strive for the best I can be.  I left the Texas Terrapins in 2018 to join Katy Aquatics, against the pressures of my peers, and I made that heart wrenching decision to transfer for my own good so that I could practice in a more nurturing environment that could push me to improve more as a swimmer. 

I am different from others as I love to know the "why" in how things work and what they do, and in this I have completely rebuilt my 99 Jeep Wrangler over the course of a year all the way to the engine block to discover more about how the vehicle that takes me to practice each day works.  I am a meticulously hard working student in AP classes and engaged member of my community and the swimming community as a Gulf Student Athlete Rep.  Through my experiences as a student, servant, swimmer, and curious young man I display great patience, ingenuity, leadership, loyalty, and integrity with everything I do.
