Kolby King '22 Recruiting Profile

             Hello I'm Kolby King, I am a 6'5" 200 lb Senior at Fort Chiswell High School in Southwest Virginia. I will graduate Class of 2022 with an Advanced Diploma.  I swim for my local High School team and I also travel 45 miles 6 days a week to swim on the club team NRVA H2okies since 2012.   My sophomore year of High School I won the individual State title in the 500y free at the 2020 VHSL Class 2 State Meet in Richmond VA.  I also placed 6th in the 200y free Final. The same year I competed at the 2020  VSI SC Senior Championship Meet in the 1000y free and the 1650y free.  My Junior I placed 2nd in the 500y free and 2nd in the 200y  free at the VHSL Class 2 State Meet.   I strive daily to work hard and I am open to all guidance and advice from Coaches and team mates in pushing forward with my desire and commitment to improve.   My times continue to improve and I am positive I can reach my goals once competitions resume.  I look forward to communicating and meeting with Coaches to discuss more about my educational goals and the opportunity to swim and compete at the College level.
