I started swimming competitively during my freshman year of high school. Although my times are not the fastest, I have been continually dropping time since freshman year. For example, between freshman and junior year, my 100 breast time dropped from 1:26 to 1:07, and my 50 free time dropped from 0:29 to 0:24. Additionally, between sophomore and junior year my 100 fly time dropped from 1:15 to 1:00. In addition to swimming, I have lettered in varsity baseball and varsity lacrosse. I have pursued a demanding academic course load in which I have received 21.5 A+s and 5.5 As in 27 credits. Additionally, I fill leadership roles in my school's symphonic band, jazz band, and marching band. My extensive accomplishments show that I have the work ethic and dedication to excel in swim.
