While swimming has always been my focus I am a multi-sport athlete. I run cross country (17:05 best 5K time), swim, (breaststroke and freestyle are my best strokes), run track (400m and 800m are my favorites), shoot trap and compete in sprint triathlons (have competed at Age Group Nationals for the past 2 years). I want to continue being competitive and active in college, I don't know any other way of life.
Even though I spend a lot of my "free time" swimming or working out, school is always my number one priority. I enjoy hands on learning and want to pursue a career in Engineering.
Outside of school and sports I love to be outside and do "adventurous" things like camping and fishing. I don't play video games and would rather do something more productive than stare at a screen. I have enjoyed volunteered my time over 3 summers to work at a Christian summer camp. I love being helpful and take pride in everything I do.
