I would love to swim and/or dve for a division 1 team in college. My freshman year I was not very good. This made me a little bit angry because I new I had potential to help out my team. I trained in the months prior to my sophomore season. I had made a goal to qualify for state swimming in every event, including diving. About two months before season I Broke my ankle while diving. I was forced to stop swimming for about a month and a half. I started to recover about two weeks before season. By season I could swim, but not dive yet. After our first two meets I Qualified for state in 5 events. At the next meet I added one more. By the end of season, I had Qualified in every event. I am one of eight max qualifiers from a town that has won the 3a state title 22 years in a row. My plan is to train even harder this offseason. I would like to put on some weight in muscle, so I will be in the weight room more often. I am a very hard worker, and very goal oriented. This year I have goal to win state in multiple events and to make all American times also in multiple events. I am willing to do what coaches want me to do. Everyday before school I go to morning practice at 5:15. After school I have a two hour practice during season, and out of season a one and a half hour practice. I am also a middle school coach which allows me to see from a coaches perspective. I'd like to end by saying that I set goals that are lofty and at times seem unachievable, but I am very willing to work for them.
