My name is Jonah Rosenthal, and I am from Elk Grove, California. I have been playing tennis for my whole life, and I want to continue playing tennis for the rest of it as well, and playing it at the college level is my next step. I like the individual aspect of tennis, but I love the atmosphere of being on a tennis team. When my JTT team won nationals last year in Florida, that was when I knew that being on a tennis team and meeting new people is what I wanted to reach after. If I were to describe the kind of player that I am, I would be an extremely hard-working, and absolutely dedicated to perfecting my game. This mindset also reflects my academic and personals values as well. I always try to pursue my goals no matter what, and in this sense, tennis would be a lifetime goal, of which I want to always improve my game, meet new friends, and experience the life of a college tennis player.
