Santiago Rendon '21 Recruiting Profile

Tennis is everything for me, since I was a little kid I dreamed to play at my highest possible level. I’m now convinced that as a college student-athlete I will have the means to achieve it.  Since the beginning of my tennis process I have always trusted my trainers and enjoyed of being part of a team. My good teamwork skills have taken me to win some titles in doubles, achieving the ranking No. 1 in Colombia and also international junior titles in this category.

I would like to be part of a group where my teammates push me and inspire me to be better every day. I’m looking for a coach who I can trust 100% inside and outside the court. I think I can contribute to the team to build and sustain a respectful and friendly environment and also share my experience as a clay player, as I’ve learnt to endure large points and create spaces for attacking and closing points. 

From Tennis I have learned to give my very best, no matter how difficult the situation seems. I would like to offer my commitment to your team!
