I am a reliable, self-motivated, confident person. I can relate well to both members of staff and students.
As a freshman, I made the varsity singles 1 team and as a sophomore, I not only made the varsity singles 1 team, but I fought hard to become co-captain of my school's tennis team. This senior year I earned the team captain position. Tennis is my passion! I've been taking private lessons this summer from my head coach, and I've already seen a remarkable improvement in my skill set. I've also been assisting coach with his tennis camps which also provides me with extra practice time. I love singles, but I also love pitching in where I can in helping to enhance our team.
Outside of tennis, I was captain of my water polo team through Elite Water Polo (8th grade).
I lettered in both tennis and football last year (10th grade) having played since 6th grade.
I am co-operative and enthusiastic in many things I do both in and out of school.
My attendance and punctuality have been of a very high standard.
For the past 3 years I've been elected to ASB working together with my fellow ASB student and staff, involving working in groups, co-operating with staff, facilitating attending functions both in and out of school hours.
I also enjoy trampolining, table tennis, listening to music, international travel, and spending time with my family and friends.
Throughout my high school tenure, I've made honor role. In 11th grade I made the principal's honor role with a "silver pin". I've also been recognized by the California Scholarship Federation, National English Honor Society, National Society of HS Scholars, and ACSI Distinguished Christian Leadership since my junior year.
Something I will always treasure is the memory of all the hard work I have put into taking part in three performances of Under the Sea. This involved giving up hours of my time both in school as part of the drama class, but also after school and weekends. We then performed on stage in front of parents, teachers, family, and friends. Our school was asked to perform our musical at Disneyland, which we did, and it was a memory that I will cherish throughout my lifetime.
Our school asks each student to give back to our local community through Christian servitude and hours of volunteering. Most of my hours have been logged with the Friends of the Valley Animal Shelter and VBS through our local church, Reliance. During VBS weeks, I worked with young children between 7 and 12 years of age.
I was recently hired by XFactor Environmental, Inc. last summer as a paid intern as their artificial intelligence administrator. I am enjoying their professional corporate structure and my fellow staff members as well as the excitement for the ever changing AI environment and the business tools and resources available to expand the business.
I was accepted to Baylor University as my first choice. I will be attending this 2024-2025 season majoring in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation, BBA.
