I have been playing tennis since I was 2 years old. Although I loved to play and excel in other sports, my passion for tennis grew at the age of 10. For the last 7 years, I have been training and conditioning myself with world-ranked players/coaches. Ever since the age of 10, I have striven to play college tennis.
By the time I graduate, my goal is to be a 10 UTR or higher, and a 4 star recruit. I am extremely coachable and accept any challenge to meet my goals. Not only has tennis taught me how to set goals, it has also taught me the mental strength needed for school work and preparation.
Apart from my athletics, I am very focused on maintaining an unweighted GPA of at least 3.75. To achieve my next goal of getting the Bright Futures Scholarship, I complete 25 or more hours of service learning per year. Along with my volunteering, I am also very active in the youth program at my local church.
