I am a solid player who is quick around the court. I read the game well and known for my mental toughness in long matches. My best stroke is my backhand. I am working to develop my forehand as a weapon and continue to improve my net game. Besides being a competitive tennis player, I am an outstanding student. I’m taking college level courses in high school, carry a 4.00 GPA(4.34 Weighted GPA) and ranked the #1 (non-weighted GPA) and #3(weighted GPA) student in my class of 256 students. Other activities I participate in include Scholar’s Bowl, STUCCO, Peer Helpers, Teens as Teachers and a member of the National Honors Society. In college, I would like to study biochemistry, biophysics or biomedical studies in my pursuit to attend medical school and become a doctor.
