As a private school student at Veritas School in Newberg, OR that has no tennis team, I play for my local High School in McMinnville, OR. I am active at my school in leadership and extracurricular activities, and do quite well at achieving good grades.
I am entering my third year on the McMinnville Varsity Tennis team having played mostly singles as a Freshman and mostly doubles as a Sophomore. As a Sophomore, I finished 4th in the district tournament in doubles, helping my team win the conference championship, and qualifying for state. At state, my doubles partner and I played well but lost our first round and consolation matches in the OSAA State Tennis Tournament. As a Junior, my main goal is to get back to state and win at least one match.
