I am Arya Guha, a high school sophomore who is very passionate about tennis and, thus, has targeted excellence in this sport at a college level. However, my aim is not only to be the one to win a championship but to become a better student and a person in a program that promotes qualities like work, discipline, and sportsmanship. I have a vision of bringing credit to my future institution both academically and athletically.
My conviction in self-improvement is grounded in my belief that serves me well when it comes to being a good addition to your team. I'm often the first one to come to the court and the last to leave. My coaches have noted my perseverance and coachability, and I have observed that my ability to keep a positive attitude and maintain concentration in difficult matches has kept me ahead. As a student, I am similarly motivated, and I am constantly working on maintaining a high GPA. Handling my intellectual duties as well as being a sportsman has given me modest, but significant, time management and will that are necessary for your team.
It is true to say that my drive does not see itself as just confined to competitions; I also want to be a part of a community and be able to contribute not just for myself but for others. If you think it is a possibility, I will certainly show my dedication, and I would be one of the hardest workers in your program. Thank you for acknowledging my dreams and possibly my influence on your team.
