Jacob Marshall '24 Recruiting Profile

As a collegiate player I want to be able to make difference on the team and to have a successful career. I think I am a good candidate for any team because I am always willing to learn, I like to be challenged and I am a great teammate who wants to help one another be successful. I love teaching new skills I have learned, so if any of my fellow teammates have any questions I would love to help. What makes me different from other recruits is my competitiveness. I have been playing sports for 13 years so I have learned how to compete at all levels. I hustle for every point, and will grind out points and fight to win matches. I play hard on the courts but know academics are key as well.  I rank in the top 10 of my class of 293 students and I have a 3.9 college GPA through my dual credit classes. I think character says a lot about a person, so I have always believed in putting my best self out there and I have embraced helping people and supporting everyone including my teammates.
