I began playing tennis in the 5th grade in my hometown of Fort Stockton, Texas. I lost only 1 match in junior high tennis and that was as a 7th grader in an 8th grade tournament. Between my 7th and 8th grade year I was invited to the John Newcomb Tennis Academy to attend year round but my parents decided not to let me attend as an 8th grader but I began as a freshman and am still attending and intend to do so through high school. My goal is to attend a division 1 NCAA university with excellent academics as well as tennis.
I would challenge any coach to contact my current coaches because I believe they will tell you that I am a VERY hard worker and have a lot of potential in both singles and doubles and that I have the ability to play division 1 tennis at a high level.
