My name is Christian Scott Coy Inocente from San Antonio, TX, I am a 2022 future graduate of Karen J Wagner High School. My long term goal is to attend the University of Texas at San Antonio to study the Major of Biology. I have played tennis for 6 academic school years (7th - 12th Grade), and plan on continuing my love and passion for the Tennis in the collegiate level and beyond. Since the 6th Grade up to now, 12th Grade, I was 1 of the 150 students selected to have been in the STEM Program through Judson ISD, which includes Honers, AP, and Duel Credit classes. My program is focused on evolutionizing the max potential of students who can help grow and work within the STEM fields. With our forever advancing civilization the importance of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math will continue to be the main factors of our human knowledge and growth. With the program being hosted from the University of Texas at Austin, ST. Marys, and ST. Philips, and classes taught by college professors, whats to be expected of me in college is no mystery and of no concern. With the courses being based on distinctive courses of high level education, I’ve learned to manage my wants, needs, and concerns correctly. I believe with being admitted into the STEM program this did more than teach me about smart subjects, but also taught me how to manage and live my life in a mature manor. I believe the STEM program has caused me to develop fast adaptations to unique environments and challenges and has taught me significant strategies of problem solving. During the summers I took master classes and STEM based programs to help prepare me for college and how to properly go about things. I’ve always believed that people have potential in anything they out their minds too, I believe its not the accomplishments that make you, but rather the hard work that you put behind it that does. Tennis has been a sport that has always been interesting and entertaining to me. Rafael Nadal and Nick Kyrgios are huge inspirations to who I am today and continue to this day with every tournament they play in to inspire me to be a better athlete on and off the courts. I always push my self to new limits every new day on the court, whether that be, hitting when it’s windy, when its cold, when its blazing hot, and even when it’s raining I continue to push myself to become a stronger tennis player. Tennis has truly helped me focus more in class, and who I want to be in life. I feel confident and believe that I would be a great and strong asset on the courts and in the classrooms.
