I get ready for my races by telling myself no one is going to caught me and to run all out and to run for my grandma she gives me that extra drive to keep running keep fighting and come out on top I will train myself to be the best I wanna be the best 400 runner on my team next year and am going to work and work to get there and the best 200 runner again and to win league for those events my goal for my senior year is to run below 50 for the 400m and to run a 20 for the 200m
