Hi, my name is Quinn Salmon and I am from Danville, California. I run Track and Cross Country for San Ramon Valley High School. I just started running in 2020, right when COVID-19 hit. I only started to stay in shape for soccer, but I didn't realize it would become a sport I was really passionate about. I pride myself as a very hard-working, determined runner. I train very hard and also do a lot of outside training to help prevent injury. In the classroom, I try very hard to get A's and B's. I maintained a 4.0 GPA through my sophomore year, and hope to improve that in the next 3. I've always been able to manage the student/athlete part of sports, and I've never had an issue with managing my time. Overall, being a student/athlete in college is very important to me. I want to be able to find the right school, with good academics and still be able to run
