2018 Hurdle Highl...Personal Statement
I have been playing soccer since I was 7 years old. I still enjoy playing soccer but track has become my new passion and I hope to run at the collegiate level in the future. I know that running in college is a once in a lifetime opportunity that could change my whole life.
I have a good start and train hard year-round to improve upon anything and everything I can to become a better athlete. I am a team leader and try to lead by example. I am very coachable and strive to be one of the hardest working runners and one of the hardest working recruits you’ll find.
In the classroom, I study hard and maintain a high GPA. I also volunteer with my local community center and a member of the National Honors Society.
I want to attend a college where my top priorities will be my education and running track. I am open to all options and want to ultimately find the right college match at the highest level of competition possible.
