Hello all,
To start off I am the captain of the Cross country team at my school as with a track runner, I've been on Varsity for both sports every year. With each year myself getting better and so far my Junior year has been my peak, but I will always be looking for my next opportunities to get better. The sport of running has intrigued my interest ever since middle school and has only increased as years go on as I learn more about and from it. Academically speaking I take college classes, my core classes, along with an AP class this year . I desire a college that will offer me the opportunities to become better both athletically and academically. I've made it to CIF preliminaries for both Cross Country and Track both my Freshman and Sophomore years, while making it to CIF Finals my Junior year and am waiting to see what this season of track has to offer me. Something that sets me aside from the rest of the candidates is that I rise, I rise above my limits, and rise to meet my problems head on.
