Charles White 4x2...Personal Statement
My name is Charles White and I compete in track and field at Pittsburg High School. My events are the 200m and the 400m. I started to compete my Freshman year but I wasn't as competitive as now. What made me actually take Track serious was my coaches life story and how he was in a negative environment and still did what he did through high school, JC, and College. My parents supported me on the Academic part because they never attend my meets, but my teammates and coach are there for me on the last 100m of the 400 every meet. My favorite event is the 200 and the 4x200 because I like coming of the curve and opening up my stride and get people.
