I am a hard-working student-athlete who will do what it takes to get to the finishing product in life, being successful, happy, and honoring Jesus Christ. I have great leadership and communication skills. I like to help my teammates when they have questions or just need support in their sport, home, or school life. Being apart of an amazing team for seven years has helped me to realize that it is like a family. We all want to be successful and should always be supportive of one another and at times have some friendly competitiveness. I am willing to work hard not only to advance my skills in swimming but for my team as well. I am a great teammate and will always be open to learning new skills and techniques to get better.
I know that no one is perfect but that is something I strive for daily in my school work and swimming. Striving to be like Jesus Christ. Christianity is a big part of my life, I have grown up in the church and have seen God do miracles for my life that gives me faith in Him. In every opportunity that comes my way and every plan that doesn’t go the way I want it to go, I know that God will always do what is best for me. I am fortunate to have parents who taught me to be a respectful person not only in school but as I am out and about representing my family, school, and team. I take my grades seriously and with pride because I know that having good grades is apart of going to a good college and pursuing my career choice of becoming a doctor. Doing so I make sure that I am on top of my school work and extracurriculars like marching band and church duties.
If I am on your team I will always put my best in practices and meets pushing myself to my limits each day. I will always have a positive attitude and mindset. And will be grateful to be able to learn new skills and techniques.
