I want to run the 400/800/1500 and XC in college at a top academic institution. I run for Crusaders Athletics Club out of Ringsend, Dublin, Ireland. I am relatively new to high level track and thus have plenty of room to improve. I have gone from a 5:10 miler to a 4:29 miler in 15 months, which illustrates my dedication to athletics. I previously played high level soccer until I read Once A Runner. In July 2021, I qualified for the Irish National Track Championships in both the U18 Boys 800m and 1500m at the Dublin City Championships. In my first national level competition, I won a Bronze medal finishing 3rd at the Irish National Track & Field Championships in the U18 Boys 800m Final in August 2021 in a time of 1:57. I won 5th place at the Irish National Track & Field Championships in the U18 Boys 1500m Final in August 2021 in a time of 4:10. I was recently selected a member of my provincial (Leinster) performance squad.
