- In this event I ran the 100m and the 200m I did not make top 6 to go to the meet before state I pulled up a little on my hamstring on my 100m I ran a slow 11.47, and I still ran the 200m with a sore hamstring because I wanted to try and I ran a slow 23.2. I was very disapointed with myself, I got 13th and 15th overal out of 32 people.

- I made it 8th in the 200 on wensday for the 100m prelims and 7th for the 200m prelims. Top 16 made it to the finals. On friday for the finals I finished 5th in the 100m and 6th in the 200m. Top 6 makes it to north coast bayshore. So I will be running at bayshore on 5-13-23.

- We won the event with a first-place trophy. The tournament had about 10 different schools and we won our bracket and the championship round. I had about 7 touchdowns in 4 games of the tournament.
