Jaiden Boughton '22 Recruiting Profile

I’ve come from a sports background through both sides of my family. Struggled through and excelled in many sports for example baseball and basketball. Coming into middle school I learned my love and passion for track. Creating and breaking my personal records motivated me to run harder. High school made me realize that I needed to be a little more competitive, and that’s what I strive to do for my future.

The reason I love track and have so much passion for it is because, it’s a team sport that requires each individual athlete to try their hardest for the success of their team. I also believe track and field is the path for me to fulfill my business finance major in college. Personally I think everyone has a trait or skill that’s good on the playin grounds and I think mine is my mentality and focus in the game, that’s why I believe I would a great athlete for the team!
