Will Nugent '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello, my name is Will Nugent, I've been running for six years, and have committed my time to perfecting my craft. As a distance runner, I realized early on that I needed to stop messing around and focus on being the best I could be. Along with my running ability, I'm also proud of my leadership qualities, I'm proud to hold the title of team captain, and continue to push my teammates. I also know that the key to success is consistency, and my coaches give me the opportunities to run and compete year-round. Although I have committed my high school years to running the 800, I'm blessed to have the athletic ability to run almost any race. I have competed at the varsity level in the 100, 200, 400, Mile, 110 Hurdles, 300 hurdles, high jump, and long jump. I'm a quick learner and adapt to the situation I'm put in. I'm looking for a college that will allow me to pursue my athletic potential while still preserving the fun and love of running.
