Justin Griffiths-Lam '25 Recruiting Profile

My goal is to compete at the collegiate level with track and field specifically with pole vault. I have been vaulting since freshman year and my Personal Record had grown from 7' to 9' 6" sophomore year to 11' at the end of Junior year. With 11' I was able to achieve the school record and come in second place at D3 All NEPSAC New Englands. I have earned 2 All NEPSAC honorable mentions thus far and look to continue to grow during the offseason. This has been and will continue to be achieved through attending Patriot Pole Vaults Club practices which operates with USATF. My goal in college is to compete at the highest level with composure and strive for success to perhaps with hard work become an all-American. An important part of my portfolio is my willingness to learn from athletes more skilled than myself at camps and take those lessons to pass them on to the freshmen learning at our school. When not on the track I am constantly working on academics to maintain a good GPA with the honors and AP courses I am taking. Pole Vault is my passion and I look forward to what opportunities it will bring me in college.
