Justin Friscia '24 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Justin friscia. I am a 2024 graduate and currently a junior in high school. I have a goal which is to run in  college for my future. My main event is the 800m or the 400m. Every meet I have ran in i have improved my time. I went from 2:07.02 in indoor to 2:01.33 outdoors placing 6 in the state. I will do whatever it takes to become the best runner I can be. I have a love for the game that most kids my age don’t and I leave everything on the track when I run. I am a very hard worker and am very determined to be the best runner on and off the track. I am a open listener, a good teammate, and very coachable. I started running  when I was 10 years old then soon became in love with the sport. I knew this was what I wanted to do in my future and I know I can make an impact on any team I play for.
