Running for me started out me being the Flash from DC comics, I wanted to be fast and running was the thing to do it. From racing kids in elementary to placing top 3 in the state for the 400m last year I knew i wanted to run in college. My family does not have the best of luck and things would get bad so what would I do I would go out and run or just play any sport.
Middle school is when I really decided I wanted to run in college, 8th grade year I ran the 800m and the mile but the 800m was my main event and that year I almost went undefeated until the conferences when on the last lap I pulled my hamstring almost tearing it. High school was a surprise because I didn't expect to be transformed into a 400m runner and do so good with it through out high school. Freshman year i finished with a 52.8. Sophomore year I made i to meet of champions placed 6th but time wise i was 4th in the state and ended the year with a 49.9. Junior year i made it again to the meet of champs and placed 3rd overall but during the race i pulled my ab and finished the year with a 50.2.
Senior year i project myself to be first in the State for the 400m and hopefully get a good scholarship. Track and field is an escape for me i really enjoy the sport a lot it also helps keep my family together because it shows how successful i can truly be and be the first one in my family to go the college. That is just my life regarding track hopefully I gave out all you need for track and a little about me
