2022 Highlights Personal Statement
I am Christopher (Topher) Lord and aspire to run Track and Field in college, and possibly Cross Country. I am an experienced runner and began my running career in a competitive Catholic running program. One of my best attributes is my well roundedness, as I have been a XC and mid-distance runner since a young age and have recently transitioned to sprint races this winter, specifically the 200 & 400. I have also competed in the high jump and long jump, with explosiveness being another quality I possess. I have always been very coachable and feel that my athleticism has not only allowed me to excel in Track and Field, but other sports as well.
