Competing at Pepsi Relay and Junior Olympics was the highlight of my first high school and club season. Nevertheless, I feel I grew the most as an athlete finishing my sophomore year when I was one second off from qualifying to Pepsi Relay for both of my races. That experience helps me grow as a person and help me realize the potential I'm going to have later in the future at the college level and my last two years in high school. I also have a goal to become the first person to go to college in my family. I am a hard-working, dedicated, and self-motivated athlete. I have what it take being a leader on the team. As a demo team captain for 2 years and was a junior instructor for victory martial arts, I know that I have what it takes to be a leader on the team despite my speaking abilities issues.
